Gratitude

Last year was the first year I worked full-time in real estate.

While I entered the year with the makings of a business plan, I was mostly led by my intention to educate clients with integrity as I advocated for them to secure their preferred housing—a far reach from S.M.A.R.T. goals but it was a successful year!

In 2024, home sales for an agent was a median of two houses for the year. 49% of agents nationally didn’t sell one house. I sold four (!) homes and matched 32 individuals, couples, and families with their first choice rental homes. For this, I am so grateful and confident that it doesn’t take much to make a living in this industry when powered by the gratitude and encouragement of clients and friends.

I invested in my first home almost 20 years ago and earned my real estate license three years ago. Between then and now, I have been a free flowing fountain of resources for family and friends—offering counsel on all things related to real estate investing, rental advocacy, and contesting property tax assessments.

I am fortunate to now be compensated for my time, communications skills, and the intel I’ve gathered from my research and personal experiences by supporting sellers, buyers, landlords, and renters. By continuing to provide thoughtful and customized service, this year will exceed last year’s reach.

Thank you in advance for everything!

If you benefited from my work on your behalf last year, I invite you to share a review of your experience
